OUR GUARANTEE:
We stand by our products, but we know that things happen. In order to create unique products we experiment with different types of materials & hardware for our products. In the event that something breaks or comes loose (beyond usual wear)...we offer a guarantee to fix or replace your item at no charge. Contact us within a reasonable time-frame and we will set it straight!
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns up to 14 days from date of purchase for a refund, and a $5 surcharge will be charged to cover transaction fee's. We do NOT accept returns for custom orders, or Horst Couture items. A return will be issued after our inspection to make sure the product is unused and in the original condition that it was shipped. We reserve the right to deny a return based on our inspection.
Discounted or sale items are not returnable. You will not be refunded original shipping costs, only the original cost of the item plus sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In any case store credit is given, store credit can only be redeemed on the website, and NOT at one of the retail locations that carry our items.
Retail Locations: For all products purchased at one of the retailers that carry our items - other than our website, you must follow their return and exchange policies which may differ from ours.
Art Shows/Events: ALL SALES ARE FINAL when purchased through an art show, festival, holiday show, charity event, or fashion show.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom orders must be paid in full before a project will be started. We have to pay an artist up front for their time to make custom orders! Additional fee's or charges may apply, and will also include a shipping charge to deliver product to you. Check with us for a total amount before custom project is started. Felted bag custom orders: Felted bags can be unpredictable - and no two are alike (which is what we like so much about them) so we cannot match the exact size or shape of another bag you see on the site. We can use the other bag as a guide and make you something similiar. Custom Orders are not returnable.
HANDBAG CARE & MAINTENANCE:
Please handle your handbag or accessory with care.
Fabric Handbags: We recommend gentle spot cleaning only and suggest testing a small area with warm water and very mild soap. Never put your bag in the washer or dryer.
Felted Wool Handbags & Accessories:
To care for your felted purse, we recommend gentle spot cleaning or dry clean only. Never, NEVER put your felted handbag in the washer or dryer (...unless you want to turn it into a fashionable coin purse.)
Felted handbags are made from natural wool fibers. These natural fibers may stretch over time. Use care, and do not overload contents of bag as to not stretch your straps.
NOTE:Some bags are made from wool. If you have any known allergies to wool, then you should probably buy one of our pretty fabric handbags instead.
HOW TO SHOP:
You are gauranteed safe transactions via PayPal while shopping on our site. Simply click on the "Buy" button to add an item to your cart. Click on the "View Cart" button to be taken to your shopping cart to view items before checking out. Once you are ready to make your purchase, click on the pay now button in your shopping cart window. At any time you just close the shopping cart window to continue shopping.
If you do not want to pay via Pay Pal, we also accept personal checks & take credit card orders by phone (read below). We manually update our site when something sells. In the event that two people buy the same item before the "SOLD" button goes up, the first person to order will receive the item, while we will refund the money of the second buyer. We encourage you to hit "refresh" on your screen, do not bookmark specific pages just bookmark our homepage instead, and do not leave items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. All of these actions may lead to being able to purchase something that is no longer for sale. We are working on fixing this "glitch" in the system.
Ordering more than one item?
Shipping is calculated per number of items purchased, and is calculated into individual item prices. If you are purchasing more than one item, before you check-out give us a call or send us an email. We can recalculate your charges and ship for less if we ship all your items together!
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
For your convenience we accept the following methods of payments:
Credit Cards: We love PayPal...and you NO LONGER NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to use their services! You can safely and easily shop at There-she-goes.com with your credit card through PayPals secured services.
Orders will be processed and shipped when your payment has been authorized and verified.
Check or Money Order:
Make checks out to There She Goes and contact us for info on where to mail your check.
*We will temporarily place the item on hold or sale pending. Upon receiving payment, your item will be shipped. If we do not receive your payment in a reasonable amount of time, the item will be placed back on the site for sale.
Orders by Phone:
If you would like to place an order by phone, please call (216) 401-5146 and leave your name, a phone number where you can be reached and the item number of the product you would like to purchase. YOU MUST LEAVE A MESSAGE...Someone will call you back the same day to take your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped standard United States Postal- Priority Mail with paid tracking. Shipping costs include handling charges.If you would like insurance placed on your shipment, please call us to make arrangements. Orders that are in-stock are typically shipped within 7 days. Out of stock items (notated on the site, or you will be notified by email) or custom orders will take longer to ship. Shipping charges will be calculated upon check-out. Please call us if you need an item shipped overnight. We will call you back the same day to make arrangements.
requests will be shipped out the same day if received before 10 am. Please note that fed ex will not deliver to p.o. boxes!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you are an international customer - please Contact Us so we can calculate your shipping costs. We currently ship DHL or UPS for international orders.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We promise not to do anything with your information that you wouldn't want us to!
